You have built an audience. Brands are reaching out. Now what? Most podcasters undercharge for sponsorships because they have no framework for pricing. A sponsorship rate card template gives you a professional document to present to potential sponsors that clearly communicates your value, your audience, and your rates.
When to Create a Rate Card
You do not need millions of downloads. Podcasts with 1,000-5,000 downloads per episode are attractive to niche brands because the audience is highly targeted. If you consistently hit 500+ downloads per episode and have a defined niche, you are ready for a rate card.
